A $500.00 academic scholarship plus the annual $150.00 book allowance is awarded to the valedictorian or salutatorian of a high school that does not otherwise qualify for an academic scholarship. The annual book allowance will be awarded in increments of $75 at the beginning of the fall and spring semesters. NOTE: Items #1, 2, and 3, CRITERIA FOR ENTERING FRESHMEN will also apply.

The priority date to accept an Academic Scholarship Offer is February 1, 2006. Scholarship “offers” accepted after this date will be based on the availability of funds and at the discretion of the University.
