The regulations published in the catalog are intended to give a digest of the rules of the Institution as may be needed. Changes may be made in the regulations at any time to promote the best interest of the students and the University. Although the University makes every effort to provide academic advisement and counseling for its students, it is the responsibility of the students to know their own standings in reference to policies, regulations, and standards of the University and their department. All students admitted are held accountable for the policies, even if no other notice is given.
