Goals of the Bachelor of Social Work Program
- Educating students for entry and advanced levels of social work practice for generalist and specialized practice with individuals, families, groups, organizations, and communities,
- Providing students with the necessary knowledge and skills for working with diverse populations, including oppressed minority and rural populations, and
- Instilling in students a professional social work identity and the values and ethics of the profession.
