The Mississippi Valley State University Choral Department have been under the baton of outstandng, talented, and dedicated music educators since their inception. The choral deprtment consists of four choirs; University Choir, Valley Singers, and  two new choirs which started in Spring of 2021 the Valley Men's Glee Club and Valley Women's Chorale.

     The purpose of the MVSU Choral Program is to provide platfrom for music majors to train to become teachers and instructions, to perform diverse choral repertoire representing a variety of periods and styles, and to offer a place for all students to perform a high standars of choral music. Valley Singers performs more challenging chamber choir repertoire and also serves as a recruiting tool for the university.
